I warmly welcome you to Nieder-Olm. Nieder-Olm is located directly south of Mainz in the imposing Rheinhessen wine-growing area and thus very well located in the Rhine-Main region. The main train station in Mainz is about 15 minutes by car or about 25 minutes by bus or train. The nearest bus stop (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) is just minutes from your apartment no. 1. Frankfurt Airport is about a 35-minute car ride. The space The 37 m² non-smoking apartment No. 1 is located on the 1st floor. This can be reached via a staircase or the elevator. This is followed by a separate hallway from where you can access apartment no. 1 via a separate apartment door. There are two other apartments in this part of the building. Apartment no. 1 has a room in which there is a fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave and ceramic hob. There is also a table with chairs for 4 people, a closet, a wardrobe and a bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet. All furnishings are brand new and of high quality. Guest access You have your own apartment with fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is completely separate from the other apartments. In addition, you have access to a washing machine and a dryer.
