The back deck will be available to all guests ,all I ask is after 10 pm please hold down the noise,this is an old neighborhood where the houses are close together. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking on the street, buss line just 2 blocks away and go all the way to Canal Street and the French Quarter , Uber or Lift is only $7-$10 plenty of places in the neighborhood to eat or have a few drinks.
