Grönwohld is an idyllic village on the edge of a large forest area. From this quiet and beautiful apartment in the countryside, you can reach Hamburg and the Baltic Sea in about 30 minutes. There are four single or two double beds (box spring) as well as a cozy sofa bed. The bright large kitchen and cozy bedrooms are in the homely basement. Please note staircase situation - see photos. If necessary, not suitable for elderly people with disabilities. We look forward to your visit! The space The modern apartment is a locked part of a single-family house and was renovated in the summer of 2020. It offers everything you need for long or short stays. The bathroom and living room are ground floor. From the living room you can access the garden which can be used for barbecuing, relaxing or playing. The cozy sofa can be converted into a sofa bed and has enough space for two adults. You get to the kitchen in the basement via a staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer-dryer is also available. The large dining area offers enough space for 6 people. You can access both quiet bedrooms. The bedrooms are the same. With two cozy box spring beds each that can be used either separately or as a double bed (queen). In the bed boxes there is plenty of space for luggage. There are two entrances to neighboring apartment (one on the ground floor and one on the ground floor). These are always locked with soundproofing doors. Note: The stairs are relatively steep. Please note photos. Guest access The apartment is locked and for your own use. The sitting area is for guests' own use. The garden is shared with us (family of 3). It may be possible to run into a path in the garden. Other things to note We are working professionals, but we are willing to support them where we can. In general, you can check in and out 24 hours a day. However, the availability must be requested in advance.
