Near Hamburg Lübeck Baltic Sea – BBQ|Garden|Parking

Grönwohld is an idyllic village on the edge of a large forest area. From this quiet and beautiful apartment in the countryside, you can reach Hamburg and the Baltic Sea in about 30 minutes. There are four single or two double beds (box spring) as well as a cozy sofa bed. The bright large kitchen and the cozy bedrooms are located in the cozy basement. Please note the stairs - see photos. May not be suitable for elderly people with walking difficulties. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space The modern apartment is a closed part of a single-family home and was renovated in the summer of 2020. It offers everything you need for a long or short stay. The bathroom and the living room are on the ground floor. From the living room you can reach the garden which can be used for barbecuing, relaxing or playing. The cozy sofa can be converted into a sofa bed and offers enough space for two adults. A staircase leads to the kitchen in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer-dryer is also available. The large dining area offers enough space for 6 people. From there you can reach both quiet bedrooms. The bedrooms are set up the same. With two cozy box spring beds each that can be used either separately or as a double bed (queen size). There is plenty of space for luggage in the bed boxes. There are two entrances to the neighboring apartment (one on the ground floor and one in the basement). These are always closed with soundproof doors. Note: The staircase is relatively steep. Please note photos. Guest access The apartment is locked and for your own use. The seating area is for guests' own use. The garden is shared with us (3-person family). You may run into each other in the garden. Other things to note We are working, but are available to support you wherever possible. In general, you can check in and out 24 hours a day. However, availability must be requested from us in advance.
