In the apartment you will find everything you need for a nice stay in Erfurt. It is located in a quiet and green neighborhood of Erfurt and has a great connection to the public transport. University and hospital nearby The space Our cozy apartment Lavender is 48 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a quiet district of Erfurt, with lots of greenery. Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are free. Up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and has a living room, bedroom, our new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge. For children we have a crib and high chair free of charge. There are numerous playgrounds for all ages to discover in the area around our apartment. There is a beautiful bike/walking path along the Gera to the center. The Nordpark invites you to walk, relax and swim in the outdoor pool in summer. By bike, you can explore Erfurt and its surroundings directly from the apartment on the bike path. Guest access Nearby are a bakery, as well as various shopping opportunities, a doctor, etc. Tram lines 1 and 6 are a 5-minute walk away. In front of the house, there are plenty of parking spaces. Other things to note Our apartments are fully equipped. They have free Wi-Fi and a safe. If necessary, we can provide a crib and high chair free of charge. Bicycles can be parked on our property. For overnight stays from 10/01/2017, all guests must pay an accommodation tax of 5% of the overnight price to the city of Erfurt. This must be paid to us. Due to rising energy prices, we settle the actual kWh consumed with our guests directly upon departure. Our apartments all have separate meters for electricity and heating. For this, we charge a flat-rate energy fee of €10 per day, which is to be paid on arrival.
