The space Our cozy Lavendel apartment is 48 square meters (517 square feet) and is located on the first floor of our house in a quiet part of Erfurt, with lots of greenery. The apartment is fully equipped and has a living room, a bedroom, our new kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a toilet. For children we have a crib and high chair for free. Our apartment all have separate meters for electricity and heating . For this, we charge a flat-rate energy fee of €10 per day, which is payable on arrival and settled with you directly upon departure. We charge €30 per person for making or unmaking the bed after arrival.
