Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are free. Up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and has a living room, bedroom, our new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge. For children we have a crib and high chair free of charge. There are numerous playgrounds for all ages to discover in the area around our apartment. There is a beautiful bike/walking path along the Gera to the center. The Nordpark invites you to walk, relax and swim in the outdoor pool in summer. By bike, you can explore Erfurt and its surroundings directly from the apartment on the bike path. Guest access Nearby are a bakery, as well as various shopping opportunities, a doctor, etc. Tram lines 1 and 6 are a 5-minute walk away. In front of the house, there are plenty of parking spaces. Other things to note Our apartments are fully equipped. You have free Wi-Fi and a safe. If needed we can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge. Bicycles can be placed on our property. For overnight stays from October 1, 2017, all guests must pay an accommodation tax of 5% of the overnight price to the City of Erfurt. This has to be paid for by us.
