The intimate and bright bathroom, a large closet at the entrance, complete equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, etc.) make this apartment a pleasant and functional place that will best meet all your needs and desires. Quality bedding will satisfy the most sensitive backs, and the sober but refined decor will allow everyone to feel at home. Guest access - Swimming pool and green spaces. You will have access to the residence's swimming pool (for 4 people) from June to October, and to the surrounding green spaces all year round. - Direct access to the Canal du Midi: The residence gives privileged access to the Canal du Midi just 100 m away by a gate at the back of the residence: ideal for a morning jog or a family walk on rollerblades or bikes (a Vélib station is 5 minutes away) and to quickly reach the city center in a picturesque atmosphere. - Private, secure and supervised parking space: A private parking space, located within the secure residence (closed by an electric gate) and monitored, is available right in front of the apartment. - Bike storage (1 bike): A space for a bike is reserved for you in a small closed room right next to the front door of the apartment. A bicycle rack within the residence also allows you to secure other bicycles if you wish. Other things to note - Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay. (Just bring your pool towels if you're coming in the summer!) In case there are 2 of you and you want to use the sofa bed as a second bed, you will need to specify this to us in order to provide you with the sheets for it.
