This property is located in the center of the island, you will have everything close by (supermarket, children's park, restaurants...). It is a very large apartment (8 people). It has 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. The nearest beach is 18 minutes away on foot. We have a garage to park the car or store bicycles, surfboards (etc.) if tenants need it. The space The property is decorated with care, perhaps it is not a typical or usual decoration, we also looked for it. The part I like the most about the house is the living-dining room, from the gallery you can watch the hustle and bustle or see the sea. Guest access We have a vegetable garden (garden) where we grow crops. There are lemons, tomatoes and fruit depending on the season. Obviously the garden is private but we don't mind giving it up for 1-2 cars to park or to use our barbecue.
