"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot. The space "Levanta's" residences are named after it’s housewives of four generations, "Roussetta", "Nicoleta", "Caterina", and “Aggeliki”. "Nicoleta" and "Caterina" make a perfect choice for families with one child as they provide one double bedroom, sitting room with one single sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathroom with shower. “Aggeliki” is a two floor residence and the biggest over all. Consists of one double bedroom with private bathroom and a tub, fully equipped kitchen with stove, dining area, a lounge with fireplace and three sofa-beds, as also an extra bathroom with a shower. Up the stairs, at the second floor, a cozy single bedroom connected to a small sitting area. "Roussetta" has one bedroom with a King-size bed, a small kitchen with smart layout and a private bathroom with a shower. "Levanta" suits perfectly to large groups of guests who need their privacy but also wish spending time with their friends and enjoy memorable holidays! Guest access “Levanta” hosts only one party at a time which shares the swimming pool, Bbq facilities, the outdoor gym and many lounge spots all around the garden, for ultimate relaxing vacations.
