1 - ROOM- APARTMENT: Our beautiful very central studios (1 ROOM in 3 different layouts) for 1 to 4 people are situated right on the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, only a short walk from the TV tower. Our studios are very comfortable for 2 people. However, there is space for up to 2 additional people on a sofa bed. We offer studios on the 1st to the 4th floor (no lift). The space Our compact studios (1 ROOM) are a good alternative for the Berlin trip, where you prefer to explore the city. In a cozy living room there are 2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. We are also happy to prepare the sofa bed for 2 additional people. In the room there is also a dining table with chairs, storage space for personal belongings and a TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the pictures show all our studio types. The Studio you will get depends on the availability but can be requested. Guest access All our guests can use the full apartment for themselves. Other things to note Included in the price is the cleaning of the apartment after your stay. Linen and towels are provided. We do offer cleanings and towel changes on a request basis subject to an extra charge. Babybed and high chair are provided upon request.
