Cosy apartment with 50 sqm, separate sleeping area for 3 persons, living area with pull-out couch. Small, modern equipped kitchen. On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. Own entrance, parking place included! Our holiday apartment is ideally located in the Markgräflerland, to explore the Black Forest, Alsace and Northern Switzerland. Within 2 minutes you are in the vines and can enjoy the view of the mountains. Freiburg can be reached in about 25 minutes. The space Our bright holiday apartment is located in the basement of our house. The apartment consists of a living/dining room with pull-out couch, bedroom with sliding door, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. In the bedroom there is a large double bed as well as a single bed, up to two persons can sleep in the living area on the pull-out couch (lying surface approx. 120 x 200 cm). A travel bed as well as a high chair for the little ones can be provided on request. The small, modern kitchen is completely equipped (without dishwasher) with ceran stove and oven, in a niche in front of it there are refrigerator with ice compartment, coffee pad machine, toaster and electric kettle. Next to the entrance door there is a terrace with north-east orientation. Here you can enjoy the morning sun. Guest access The apartment is accessible by a separate entrance via stairs, so you have your own area with us. Free parking in front of the house Other things to note Towels and bed linen included Coffee and tea as well as a bottle of mineral water are available as welcome greetings.
