Romantic One Bedroom Apartment: Charm

Charm is a very bright and spacious two-bedroom of 50 sqm, with down-to-earth color scheme and romantic touches. Our house was built in the 17th century and the apartment is carefully renovated and decorated to retain the old-fashioned charm, however, with a modern touch. Exclusive materials here are combined with rustic decor. Sleeps comfortably in a double bed and the fully equipped kitchen allows for total self-catering. Charm was completely refurbished in 2015. The space With us at Residence Perseus you can choose from nine unique apartments of different sizes, right in the heart of the Old Town. Everyone is carefully renovated and personally decorated so that you as a guest can choose the one that best matches your tastes and needs. Since only the best is good enough for our guests, we provide bed linen and towels of the best hotel quality as well as soap,shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion from Rituals. In addition, we offer a small welcome bowl of coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar and milk for a relaxing start to the stay with us. For guests staying for more than 8 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the price. Of course we offer free and reliable Wi-Fi in all apartments as well as a wide range of TV channels. We are working hard to constantly improve and attach huge importance to our guests having an enjoyable stay with us. Other things to note Please note that we do not have an elevator in the house. This apartment is located 2 flights of stairs up from Österlånggatan and 1 flight of stairs under the entrance floor Baggensgatan. The windows face Österlånggatan 2 stairs below. Please also note that our check-in times are 15.00-19.00. We think an in-person check-in is important for us to offer the best service and answer any questions you may have. In order to be on site and receive you, we need to know your approximate arrival time in advance. We offer late check-in on request made at least a week in advance. We do not accept check-ins after 1am. Early check in can sometimes be offered on request, depending on the apartment availability. Please have passport or other valid ID ready at the time of check-in. We always try our best to help with luggage storage when needed, however, there is nothing we can guarantee and refer in such cases to the storage lockers at central station. Check-out must be done by 11am on the day of departure. For your safety, the building is monitored by cameras and guardians. of course no cameras are located inside the apartment
