Luxury Apartment with River Exe Views

The Annex is a luxury apartment in the beautiful Exe Estuary village of Exton. It has breath-taking views across the river Exe to the foothills of Dartmoor. It has a fully fitted kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The large bright lounge has a large flat screen TV and the en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. The bedroom has a 5ft queen bed and TV. All towels and bedding are included. The space Flexibility is the Key - we always try to be flexible and The Annex also offers flexible accommodation. The Annex is a self-contained and private apartment with its own entry gate and front door. A key safe to provides a totally flexible check-in experience for our guests. We always respect our guest's privacy so we usually make a quick visit to ensure they have everything they need and thereafter if they need any assistance, we are usually next door or available by phone. We think that The Annex is ideally suited to 2 adults who prefer more space than a hotel room can provide and the flexibility offered by self-catering facilities along with separate living and sleeping accommodation. . The kitchen/diner is also large and, along with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, it can comfortably seat four adults for meals. Guest access Our guests will have complete access to The Annex including all rooms, the patio area, sun deck, shed, bikes and BBQ area. There is ample free parking for two cars or larger vehicles. Other things to note The Annex's unique location means that it feels like you are in the countryside and yet you are very close to various amenities and the towns and villages of the Exe Estuary. Exton station is a 10-minute stroll away as is our loca pub. The Exe Estuary trail is a 4-minute cycle away giving access to 26 miles of cycle routes.
