The guest bathroom also serves as a pool bathroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo as well as a sink. The swimming pool is electrically heated and can be used year-round. The vacation home was built by the construction company Pinnacle Homes in 2016. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office are available to you at just over 210 square meters. As soon as you enter the house you have a great view of the large living room, the spacious kitchen as well as the swimming pool and garden behind it. The master bedroom with private bathroom is located on the left side of the house. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks. From the master bedroom you can access the pool area directly through a sliding door. The two guest rooms with bathroom are located on the right side of the house. The guest bathroom also serves as a pool bathroom. An office is available for guests who also have to work during their vacation. The swimming pool is electrically heated and can therefore be used all year round. Relax in peace on the large terrace. If you do not want to lie directly in the sun, you can find a nice shady place under the awning. The garden on both sides as well as behind the house is equipped with a "privacy fence" so that you can stay undisturbed in the house and garden. **The built-in grill on the terrace is not available to guests.
