Dear guests, Our beautiful apartments are located in a quiet location, above the village of Strobl with stunning views of the surrounding mountains! The center of Strobl with restaurants, cafés and the beach is approx. 15 minutes' walk downhill. We would love to welcome you to our property! Your Sammer family The space * 1 separate bedroom with double bed and large closet * Living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and pull-out sofa for 2 adults * Dishwasher * Separate bathrooms (bath, shower/toilet) * Flat-screen TV * Travel crib available on request! Guest access * Spacious breakfast lounge (closed during the day but can be used on request) * Private sun terrace facing west (including sun loungers) During your stay The apartment is integrated in the house, but guests have a separate entrance and the lounge as well as the ironing and laundry room is also used by the family from time to time. We are also happy to provide guests with a barbecue for a nice barbecue evening. On request, we will also prepare a full breakfast. (List with selection in the room to be handed over to us by 4:00 pm the night before with the time when breakfast should be ready) at €12.00 for adults at €6.00 for children (3-12 years) Other things to note MUNICIPAL TAX: EW 2.90 PER PERSON AND NIGHT FEE IS PAYABLE AT CHECK-IN! You can buy coffee taps, FFP2 masks, etc. on site. Please also let me know in advance if we can provide you with bed covers.
