Perfect flat to enjoy the coast, the sea, and everything there is to enjoy in Armintza, Bakio and surroundings (surfing, restaurants with very good pintxos, playgrounds for children, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, mountain, nature...). You will love the location and the cosiness of the flat. Flat on the seafront with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Ideal for couples, families and work stays. It is a fourth floor without lift so if you have physical limitations it may not be your best option. EBI895 The space The flat is very bright, with amazing sea views, blinds on all windows, a sofa with projector to relax and enjoy the cinema, and a table to meet with the family both indoors and on the terrace. The flat has good beds (1 double bed 180x200cm, a bunk bed with two singles and a separate option of a sofa bed with a single bed) where up to 4 people can sleep. With bed linen, pillows, towels... provided for everyone. Very well equipped with all the things you may need for your stay. Tourist license: EBI895 Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note It does NOT have a lift, it is a fourth floor with excellent views. There is NO parking, but there are a few parking spaces available in the building on a first come first served basis. We kindly ask that you have registered all guests in advance before specifying their arrival time. If you need any additional service; such as an airport transfer, cleaning service during your stay (recommended for longer stays, as only cleaning after your departure is included in the reservation) we can provide the service or contact someone who provides it.
