The open, light-flooded apartment on the 1st floor is a perfect retreat for your stay in Rostock. The location on the outskirts of the city is a good starting point to explore the city & surroundings by bike or public transport. Shops & bus stops are within walking distance about 5 minutes. The apartment is therefore perfect for a weekend or even a long-term rental. The space On spacious 51 sqm you will find all you need for your stay. Equipped for 2-3 people there is a 180cm double bed, a sofa, a small dining table, a very well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. There is even enough space to set up an extra guest bed or a children's bed. Towels, bed linen & a base of consumables will be available for you upon arrival. In the hallway, there is a room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, cleaning utensils and everything else you need for a longer stay. Guest access The Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Residential & Business House. You will share the entrance area & hallway with two other units. The key for check in is stored in a key safe near the front door. You will receive the current code by email some time in advance. Other things to note About 80-100 m away there is a small train station with passing through passenger trains and freight traffic. Most trains are very quiet and barely noticeable, - some (possibly also at night) could be heard when the window is open.
