It is situated within the beautiful village of Sulgrave, which has its own community run shop, the welcoming Star Inn and Sulgrave Manor the ancestral home of George Washington. Enjoy your own private sunny garden, snuggle up in front of the open fire or explore further afield with good links to Oxford, London, Birmingham, the Cotswolds and great shopping at Bicester Retail Village. The space Although The Cottage is relatively small, with a lovely warm and cosy feeling, you can find space to sit quietly and unwind or take that important business call. There is a small office space should you need to work but in addition there is a small sofa in the main bedroom with a window looking out onto the garden a perfect spot to unwind and read a book. The lounge with an open fire provides ample space for the whole family to relax. If you enjoy cycling or running the quiet roads around Sulgrave are perfect, with plenty of opportunity to explore the beautiful countryside no matter what time of the year. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The staircase is steep with a turn so please be aware if mobility is an issue. Guest access The entire property including the garden and summer house. We do have a large shed which we keep locked but could be used to store bicycles should you need it Other things to note There are essentials such as tea, coffee and sugar provided. Also seasonal flowers when they can be sourced locally. A Lavazza coffee machine is on site and some capsules are provided. If you have any special requirements please let me.
