The villa offers exclusive accommodation for up to 6 guests, ideal for families or small groups. Bedroom 1: king-size bed + en-suite bathroom with bathtub Bedroom 2: French bed, adjacent bathroom Mezzanine: double bed Bedrooms Deluxe double room on the upper floor with king-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV with streaming services, and private bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub. Ground floor comfort single room with a French bed, Smart TV, and private external bathroom located next to the room, ensuring privacy. Open-plan mezzanine with a double bed, ideal for additional guests or a relaxation area. Living Areas A spacious open-space living room with a modern fireplace offers a cozy yet refined atmosphere. The climate-controlled veranda is perfect for breakfast or dinner upon request, prepared by the hosts. Please note: the kitchen is for host use only, reserved for the preparation of breakfast, lunch or dinner when previously arranged. It is not available for guest use, except by prior agreement. Outdoor Spaces The garden features a summer pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, and secluded relaxation corners. At night, ambient lighting creates a magical atmosphere. Free parking is available on-site. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa and garden, including: Three bedrooms (one double room upstairs, one single room on the ground floor, and an open mezzanine space) Two bathrooms: a private one upstairs for the double room, and one on the ground floor shared between the single room and the mezzanine A large open-plan living area, a climate-controlled veranda, and a fully equipped outdoor space with summer pool, sunbeds, and secluded relaxation corners. Pool hours 9 AM – 8 PM; a brief daily maintenance is carried out by our staff. Bedrooms do not have private entrances, but a personal key to access the house will be provided for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is not accessible to guests, but the hosts are happy to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner upon request. Breakfast includes fresh pastries and biscuits from the local bakery, jams, honey, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juices, tea, coffee (including decaf and barley), and plant-based milk. Special requests or dietary needs can be accommodated. Other things to note The spacious and well-maintained garden is the green heart of the property. It welcomes you with blooming corners, aromatic herbs, and a charming relaxation area featuring a vintage wrought iron gazebo in Art Nouveau style, complete with a table and chairs for peaceful outdoor moments. The outdoor veranda is set up for breakfast or quiet moments throughout the day, surrounded by nature. The entire garden is equipped with atmospheric night lighting, making it just as enchanting after sunset. Two affectionate and gentle house cats live on the property; during your stay, they will be hosted in a dedicated outdoor dépendance to ensure everyone’s comfort. Upon specific agreement and with additional costs, we may consider granting access to the kitchen for personal use, depending on the organization of the house and the presence of the hosts. All bedrooms are now equipped with both internal and external locks, providing greater privacy and peace of mind. Every detail of this place was crafted by our hands, with love and care. To preserve its beauty and harmony, daily attention to the garden and pool is necessary.
