Nestled in the heart of Hoedspruit’s renowned Wildlife Estate, this charming 7-sleeper self-catering retreat (4 adults and 3 children) is your home in the bush. Here, wildlife like giraffes, zebras, and warthogs are your neighbors, offering a truly immersive experience in nature, while being conveniently close to local shops and restaurants. The space Inside the house, on the ground floor, there are a large living room, the open kitchen, two very large bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub. One of two bedrooms has direct access to an outdoor shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a loft area with an extra daybed and an office desk. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bush and the mountains. Outdoor area has a large patio with a nice splash pool t and a pit fire area. A dinner table under a nice pergola is available to have a pool-site lunch or a braai with friends. Other things to note The Estate is a private property with a main gate surveilled 24/24h. Access is possible only for residents and announced guests. Rules for Visitors: The Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is a residential Estate in a wildlife area, residents choose to live here because of the tranquillity in a natural setting that the Estate offers. • NO SPEEDING – 40kph on tar & 20kph on gravel • NO FEEDING, APPROACHING OR CATCHING ANIMALS • NO WALKING ON ROADS & PUBLIC AREAS AT NIGHT – large predators do occur on the Estate • NO COLLECTING OF FIREWOOD • NO FIRES except in braai facilities • COVER UNATTENDED FIRES • NO LITTERING • NO PETS • NO NOISE, LOUD MUSIC, ETC • NO FIREWORKS • NO DRONES • NO ACCESS TO GREEN BELT between 22:00 & 05:00 Failure to follow these rules will result in action being taken against visitors, this may include fines and/or eviction from the Estate.
