There is a fully equipped kitchen to make gourmet meals, indoor lounge area, formal dining room, stunning outdoor lounge area with dining table and new BBQ. 10x4m outdoor pool with six sun beds, shaded sitting/dining area by the pool, grassed play area for kids & games. Plenty of free outdoor parking for 4-5 cars. There are 4x bedrooms Bedroom 1 - King size box spring bed with modern bedding. Renovated ensuite with bathtub/shower, dual sinks & washer/dryer combo machine. Newly furnished with large closet, and vanity. Block out curtains and outdoor shutters provide complete darkness if desired. Bedroom 2 - Queen size box spring bed with modern bedding, newly furnished with large closet, vanity and chairs. Block out curtains and outdoor shutters provide complete darkness. Bedroom 3 - Two single beds with modern bedding, large closet & commode & block out curtains and outdoor shutters. Renovated main bathroom with large rainforest shower. Bedroom 4 - Cozy upstairs bedroom with queen sized bed, Air Conditioning, modern bedding, shower, toilet, and bathroom sink. Baby Bed or Extra Mattress - If you require a baby bed or extra mattress, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for your arrival. Most mothers prefer to bring their own baby bed sheets, duvet/pillow. We do NOT provide the bedding/duvet/pillow for the baby bed. Swisscom TV provided with 270+channels in German, Italian, French & English. WIFI internet covers the whole house. Bluetooth DVD/Blue-ray Entertainment system with Bluetooth capable streaming for music. • What is provided? Towels are provided - 2x bath towels, 2x hand towels, 2x face towels per bedroom & floor mats for each bathroom are provided. Hand soap, bath gel, tissues & toilet paper are provided. Hairdryers and makeup mirrors are provided in all bathrooms. Fans are provided in every room. • Can you smoke inside? The house is non-smoking inside, but guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace using the provided ashtray. • What do we need to bring? We do request that guests bring their own pool towels.
