Cabana @ Seeland Lodge at the Franconian Sealand

The Seeland Lodge is a guesthouse with 3 units for up to 12 people. The units with own garden or terrace also are bookable seperately. Location is 35 km from Nuremberg (perfect for the Fair Nürnberg, Highway 30 km). Munich is 135 km away, the Airport (Highway 110 km) Ingolstadt is 60 km away) The space We offer 3 units. Cabana (5+2) A cosy cottage with wooden walls, aprox 130 sqaremetres, max 6 people with a large fully equipped (for 12 people) living-kitchen with dishwasher and a stove, couch. Downstairs is also a seperate toilette and a large bathroom with shower & tub. Upstairs there are 2 sleeping rooms, one small with a large double boxspringbed, the other large with double or twinbed, large flat TV, large couch with bed-function as well as a desk to work. Between the sleeping rooms there is a room for children with a normal and a small (up to 4 years) bed. Own small closed garden with barbacue & smoker, chairs & furniture Beachlounge (4+2) 45 sm on 2 floors. Upstairs one double or twinbed, one large sofacouchbed and 2 sofachairs, TV and closet. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinette with hightable and chairs, chair(bed) wardrobe, and bathroom with shower at the groundlevel. Own terrace with furniture in direction to the own carpark in front of the house Waterlounge (2+2) 40 sqaremeters on one floor (groundfloor). Waterdouble bed in oversize 2,20 m long with 2 mattresses. Large couch(bed) for 2 children, large flat TV, dinette with table & chairs, kitchenette with fridge, very large shower at the groundlevel, extra toilette, wide doors, own entrance, accesseble with wheelchair, small garden with furniture to the private carpark. Guest access The guests have access to their own private units, all with own entrys. Apart from the free carpark there are no public areas. Other things to note The Seeland Lodge also offers on parkingspaces without fee in front of the house as well as wifi in all areas. In the surrundings there are supermarkets and a postoffice (200m) and the marketplace (400m) castle (600 m) and large outdoor swimmingpool (800 m) as well as the lake Rothsee (2 km) with facilities of biking, sailing, swimming, surfing, walking, Mini-golf, restaurants etc.
