Layout: Private Villa in Nature Near Sea is a two level property with additional two semi levels able to accommodate up to 9 guests. Entering the villa on the ground floor an open area consists of a living room, a dinning table, a pool table and the kitchen. You can have also access to the garden with BBQ, to enjoy your meals on a large exterior dinning table with garden view or a dinning table next to the pool. The best place to watch and enjoy the sunset. You are very welcome to feel like your home! The earthly colors welcomes you to a warm atmosphere and the minimal decoration makes your stay more comfortable. -Semi Ground Floor- Consists of one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom next to it. -Ground Floor- Consists of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom. -First semi floor- Consists of two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one child’s room with a single Montessori bed. Both bedrooms you will have access to a large balcony with an exterior garden view! Next to the bedrooms there is the bathroom. First floor- At the attic of the house you will find one more apartment, open area with extra lounge and kitchen both has view to the garden and pool, there is also a bedroom with double queen size bed and comfortable matress. -Exterior- A large garden will welcome you to the villa. There is also a full equipped BBQ and a wood-fired oven with a dinning table next to it. An exterior lounge and dining table is also available right next to the pool. Aside the garden a swing will offers you relaxing time during enjoying the pool at our comfortable sun beds! Follow the stairs to be at the extra large pool area and enjoy the view and the sun from your sun bed! Due to the COVID-19 in all properties of our company we follow strict cleaning protocols as defined by the health committee in order to ensure a safe stay for our guests.
