The space We bought this two bedroom townhouse in July 2015 and spent almost a month updating, painting, and buying new furnishings just in time for the return of the cool Sedona Evenings. This unique luxury townhouse has all the features you would expect of a modern home and more: two master suites, each with its own bathroom with granite counter tops and stone tile showers, and a 2nd story balcony; all stainless steel appliances; large smart LED TVs in living room and bedrooms; gourmet kitchen; new beds and bedding; and electronic door lock with a code unique to you. Sensitive individuals will appreciate no cats, dogs, or smokers have been in this home and it is professionally cleaned. The unique architecture allows for either solitude or a comfortable second home for your family. The location has mature landscaping and is a convenient base for your many Sedona adventures. Park your car or bike and walk the shopping district in the quaint Village of Oak Creek. Within four blocks you can enjoy art galleries, Mexican and Thai restaurants, mircobrew beer, pizza, and pastries with freshly brewed coffee. Within a half mile are world-class restaurants, a relaxing spa, and hiking and biking into the center of red rock country. Our warm and inviting townhome by room: The kitchen is fully outfitted for a quick pizza or a gourmet meal on 20 feet of granite counter tops. Some of the highlights include new stainless steel pots and pans, new dishes and utensils, a fully-stocked spice rack, Starbucks French Roast coffee beans, state of the art coffee bean grinder, baking dishes and pans, wine glasses, beer mugs, and many kitchen gadgets. The dining nook is cheerfully painted in festive colors with a distinct Mexican tile table, and fun decorations. The spacious living room is large enough for entertaining yet cozy enough for just two. There is a high end leather sofa, a comfortable new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a 55” TV, wireless speaker, HDMI cable to connect your device, and distinctive southwest art. The Red Rock master bedroom is centered around a Southwest theme. The new queen bed and bedding set includes soft 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. The spacious master has a private bath with shower. The 46” LED TV allows for easy viewing. The balcony off this master bedroom faces west to appreciate the setting sun over Gunsight rock. When dark, enjoy a cocktail on the solar LED table that will not interfere with the innumerable stars. The Purple Sage master bedroom comes with a tub and shower; also with the finest bedding on a queen bed. In addition to the overhead fan and 43” TV, the private balcony has a spectacular view of Courthouse rock that lights up at sunrise and sunset. The backyard with local red stone patio has a spacious table, comfortable chairs, and a brand new BBQ.
