The barn apartment is located in a private area and we have locked security gates at night at the front of the property. As there are stairs to climb, the apartment is not appropriate for small children or adults that have difficultly climbing stairs. You will be provided a key for the barn door and the barn apartment door (they are different). The property has a double gate for security and we will also provide you a code to enter the property gate. Loomis, CA is a beautiful small town with a cute downtown with restaurants and a local brewery. The town feels small, but is only five minutes from Rocklin, a much larger city. You will receive an agreement to rent upon booking.
