Washer/dryer are in the unit and there is a separate patio area off the barn for this rental. Plenty of parking in front of barn. 30 day minimum rental - perfect for traveling nurses or up to two people. Close to many hospitals including Sutter Roseville, Kaiser Roseville, and Dignity. No pets. Room for RV or boat. The space The Barn Apartment is upstairs in the barn. Super cute decor with barn animal/farm theme. Owner lives in house at the back of the property. Barn/barn apartment is in the front of the property. Five minutes from town, but feels like the country. The barn apartment is located in a private area and we have locked security gates at night at the front of the property. As there are stairs to climb, the apartment is not appropriate for small children or adults that have difficultly climbing stairs. Guest access You will be provided a key for the barn door and the barn apartment door (they are different). The property has a double gate for security and we will also provide you a code to enter the property gate. Other things to note You will receive an agreement to rent upon booking.
