The space Welcome to La Vapillone: Imagine a cosy little nest ideally located in the heart of the Val d'Europe, close to Disneyland Paris, a modern pied-à-terre full of charm, very central yet enjoying rare peace and quiet. This is the promise of La Vapillone, an 80 m² house in Serris, with its own terrace and small private garden. This pretty, light-filled town house, set in a large, quiet lane, welcomes you all year round for family holidays or a break with friends. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with two sofas, an armchair, a television with access to numerous international channels (connection to your Netflix account possible), a dining room and a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with direct access to the terrace that surrounds the house. A cupboard and separate toilet with washbasin are accessible from the entrance to the house. The terrace is fully equipped and the garden is fully enclosed. A wicket door leads from the outside onto the terrace, and then to the front door of the house, next to which there are bins for selective sorting. There is also a separate upstairs toilet with washbasin and a bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe; a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a television with access to many international channels, and you can also connect to your Netflix account; a bedroom with a bunk bed (perfect for two children) and a sofa bed (130x190). This semi-detached townhouse offers top-quality facilities and services, with gas central heating, permanent hot water, high-speed WiFi access and the option of connecting a computer with an ethernet cable, which will also delight professionals looking for a base off the beaten track close to Paris. You'll soon realise that nothing is left to chance in my house. For business travellers, everything is of course planned for your stay: you can work on site, organise your meetings and all your appointments, for up to 6 people including those accommodated. When you arrive at my town house, with its fully enclosed garden and terrace, a private parking space is available outside the house in front of the garage door.
