Flat driveway for 3-4 cars or boat and 2 cars. 50 AMP EV plug NEMA 14-50 for electric vehicles. Possibility to park RV on the backyard in the summer. The space Lake Tahoe across the street, 5 minutes walking distance to the white sand public beach, shops, restaurants but still in quiet settings at the house. Kings Beach with all other amenities like mini golf and it's cute and funky shops are in walking distance. Nevada state up the hill within 3 minutes drive with casinos and entertainment. Guest access Guests can access the whole house - Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, shared Full Bathroom and Master bedroom with its own bathroom are on the first floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen and one Twin beds. Another bedroom with Queen and 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom. Fully fenced backyard with 6 person hot tub, propane BBQ. Propane is provided. Other things to note Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. The maximum number of pets has to be three (3) or less. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets on Airbnb platform if you are planning to have pets. We don't provide food items, boats, paddle boards, skis or bikes at the house. There is a Pack-n-Play at the house, but linens are not provided; please bring your own if you plan to use it. Thank you!
