Vacation Home - Belveder Motovun with Heated Pool

The One-Bedroom Vacation Home (semi-detached house) accommodates up to 4 people (2+2). It is located in a typical Istrian village with breathtaking views of Motovun and Central Istria green oasis. The house has a private heated swimming pool, air condition (cooling and heating), free wi-fi, smart cable tv, private parking and is a short drive away from all the main tourist and historic attractions of Istria. Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining. The space The 70 m² house (two floors) is composed by the following: Ground floor: - kitchen (fully equipped with: cooking utensils and cutlery, refrigerator, water boiler, oven, dishwasher, tea/coffee machine, toaster), - dining room (dining table with chairs) and living room in one unit (with air condition and smart cable flat screen TV, extendable sofa bed), - extendable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for 2 persons in the living room (linen included) - toilet - covered terrace (dining table and chairs) - heated swimming pool (18 m2, 1,5 m depth), sundecks and outdoor shower near the pool. In winter, the pool is not heated if the temperature drops below 12 degrees Celsius First floor: - 1 bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed, linen included) with air condition, closet - safe deposit box in the bedroom - ensuite bathroom with shower (towels, toilet paper, soap included) with washing machine and hand dryer - private terrace (table and chairs) with spectacular views. Included in the price: linen and towels, toilet paper, soap, electricity, gas and water. Deposit mandatory 100 EUR (shall be taken upon arrival and returned upon departure). It is not allowed to leave the pet unattended in the house and the pets are not allowed to enter into the swimming pool for security reasons. Traditional Istrian house renovated in 2017 to preserve the original rural charm. The owners have a farm with a long tradition of olive oil production, local sorts of wine, fruits and vegetables (daily fresh biological chicken eggs, goat milk and cheese, seasonal fruit and vegetables tasting available upon request). The farm animals are located nearby the house (chickens, goats..). Please, take into consideration that the house is located in a typical Istrian village, surrounded by the animals listed above and a few other family houses. The nearest seaside gems with stunning beaches: Novigrad, Poreč - located within 25 minutes driving. The Vacation Home is surrounded by untouched natural beauty and authenticity of the typical Istrian village with magnificent panoramic views of lush landscapes and the hilltop medieval town of Motovun (5,5km from the house). In Motovun there are lots of great restaurants and food shops with great local products (truffles, olive oil, meat products, etc.). We highly recommend going to Motovun, the greatest hilltop medieval town in Istria, with stunning spots and panoramic views. The village of Pigini (where the house is located) is 2 km from Livade – the well-known mecca for the famous Istrian truffles. The Guiness Book biggest truffle in the world weighing 1310g was found in Livade (in the Motovun forest, stretching in the Mirna River valley). In the close proximity of the house (2 km), there is the world renown Gourmet Restaurant – The Zigante Livade Restaurant (member of the JRE). Each year from September to November, in Livade the Zigante Restaurant organizes the Truffle Fair where you can taste and buy the best Istrian white and black truffles and the best local Istrian products directly from local producers at great prices (olive oil, wine, pasta, honey, meat products, etc.). Families with kids can join the guided truffle hunting tours organized in the Motovun forest (2 km from the house) led by experienced truffle hunters with specially trained tracking dogs in secret locations of the truffle path.
