Located in Galgon near Saint Emilion (16 km) from Bordeaux (46 km), on one level in a quiet environment, this charmingly decorated 95 m² vacation home includes 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with equipped American kitchen. Without neighbors, it has a terrace overlooking the garden, and private parking. It is perfectly equipped (Wi-Fi, televisions (2), fridge, oven, microwave...) The space Single-storey house not overlooked (view of meadow and garden): Spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area (TV) and dining area; 3 bedrooms (24, 13 and 10 m2) with double beds (1 bed 160); 2 beds 140) and a cot. A TV in the large bedroom. Terrace with garden furniture. Despite all the affection we have for them, it is specified that pets are not allowed. Guest access Entire place with independent entrance. Only access to the pool is shared at the times indicated. In case of arrival in our absence, a lockbox is provided.
