Panoramic villa with private terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the entire gulf, you will dine while admiring the sea surrounded by the centuries-old olive trees of the Cilento National Park. The villa is divided into two apartments with independent entrance. Villa Zenone dwo is composed of: double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. The terrace is private for each apartment. The area below with sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and gazebo is shared by both apartments. The space POSITION Villa Zenone due is 1.5 km (exactly 3 minutes by car) from the center of the marina of Casal Velino and from the sea. Casal Velino is the ideal solution to explore the whole Cilento as it is located right in the center of the territory and in the heart of the Cilento National Park. Those who choose our accommodations will be able to easily reach all the major points of interest in Cilento in an equidistant way. The excavations of Velia, clearly visible in the landscape of the villa, are 5 minutes away by car and can be visited every day. The position of Villa Zenone is ideal for those who want a holiday next to a town but do not want to suffer the inconvenience caused by confusion. From the private terrace of the house you can admire all the shades of the sea and the entire Gulf of Cilento, relax, dine enjoying the peace and tranquility. SPACES DESCRIPTION The villa is divided into two real estate units with independent entrances. In sharing there is only the area below the house. In this large relax area you can sunbathe taking advantage of comfortable sun loungers, take refuge to read a book in the shade of the umbrellas, take an outdoor shower in full nature or use the area for a barbecue to be consumed in the dedicated space with gazebo. Access to the property is through a gate that delimits the area and where there is the possibility to park comfortably next to the house itself. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (the kitchen is complete with everything needed for cooking) and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has linen, wi fi, air conditioning, washing machine mosquito nets, smart TV, coffee machine with pods, hairdryer, courtesy set. HOW TO REACH US To reach the villa it is necessary to take an uphill road that is regularly asphalted and easy to access. The house is located on an easy trekking path that leads both to Casal Velino village (the municipality of Casal Velino is divided into marina and village) and to Pioppi. The path is easy to access, we often do it even with children. We are two minutes from the center of Casal Velino, three minutes from Pioppi and ten minutes from Acciaroli. ENTRANCE INFORMATION Standard Check in from 15: 00-18.00. Late check up to 20:00 ONLY ON REQUEST and upon payment of a supplement of 15 euros extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. Supplement of 25 euros if you need a cot for children always on request. The tourist tax is paid directly on arrival. Guest access The villa offers free unguarded parking next to the apartment. Access to villa Zenone due is directly from the road, you only need to take 3 steps. Other things to note INFORMATION FOR CHECK IN Before your arrival you will be contacted by one of our representatives who will provide you with all the necessary information to reach us and will also give you excellent travel advice, with her you will also organize your arrival time. To make the access procedures easier and faster in view of the covid restrictions, we have set up the possibility of an online check-in for which an email will be sent to be able to do it comfortably from home. We ask you to be VERY punctual upon arrival as we do not have a reception and we go to the apartment especially for you. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES Check in is at 15.00, check out at 18.00, a late check in is possible only by prior arrangement and upon payment of an extra 15 euros in cash directly upon arrival. Check out is scheduled for 10.00. Pets are allowed upon payment of a cleaning fee and only if previously agreed with us. If you need a cot or a high chair, contact us and we will indicate the availability, the price is only 25 euros extra for the entire stay. EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENT We provide the following things: - disposable sponge and dish detergent set - 1 pods for the washing machine (the following ones are charged to the customer) - courtesy set with shower products and shampoo - toilet paper The supply is intended as an endowment for the first days of the stay, any other supply is charged to the customer because it will depend on his tastes and specific needs. NO salt or other seasoning is provided during this covid period. SURROUNDINGS VELIA Seat of an important Greek colony, Velia was the city of the great philosophers Parmenides and Zeno. The Port Area, Porta Marina, Porta Rosa (the largest monument of Ancient Greece), the Hellenistic Baths and the Roman Baths, the Agora, the Acropolis, the Southern Quarter and the Archaic Quarter remain of the ancient city. Beaches: Enchanting is the coastal stretch of Dominella to access it there are three descents along the road that leads from Casal velino to Pioppi. The first called Domimella can also be reached on foot from Villa Zenone (the route is suitable for trekking lovers). The second of the erice is a kilometer ahead in the direction of Pioppi, the last I floors also has a clearing for parking and is the easiest of the three. From the Borgo you can reach in 3 minutes by car both the seafront beach, ideal for families, where you can choose whether to stop on the free beach or in the various bathing establishments in the area. Beyond the port, always a 3-minute drive away, there is the beach below the Tower which makes everyone agree by offering both stones and the beach. A few minutes by car is the cliff of Ascea, has a paid municipal parking and several equipped beaches. Some of these rent pedal boats with which you can reach the splendid coves of Cala D'Argento and Fiumicello. The Pioppi beach (sand and pebbles) is incredibly romantic. Here our advice is to rent a canoe to reach the tip. A ten-minute drive away is the lively and worldly beach of Acciaroli, among the various Lidos our favorites are Blu Marlin and Le Serre, also famous for their aperitifs at sunset. Accessible only by sea, absolutely not to be missed is the marine reserve of Punta Licosa, the same goes for the beaches of Palinuro and Marina di Camerota.
