Our riverfront home is located on the scenic Upper Delaware River, between the Catskills and Pocono Mountains in Barryville, NY. As you enter the home, your eyes will be drawn through the living room to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river. Outside is a large deck and manicured lawn with direct, private access to the pristine river. Boating, fishing, swimming and eagle watching are a few activities you can enjoy from the backyard. The space Two people renting the space, using master bedroom, family room and kitchen, with the remainder of home secured and unused, can take 25% off published day rate. 2 night minimum! Valid off season, November through March. The home is spacious, historic, has a working fireplace, ADA compliant spaces with views of the river and mountains throughout the home. You can bring your own fishing and outdoor recreational equipment for access through our 1/3 mile of riverfront private property on the cleanest major River east of the Mississippi. It is so significant that the US Congress, designated it as "Wild And Scenic" protecting its free flowing water and its abundant wild life, vistas, and history. Please respect and enjoy! Guest access The home has a gated access with keys available with your concierge, located nearby the home. Other things to note Holiday weeks/weekends, Easter, Passover, Memorial, Independence, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year require a 3 day minimum. Please note our pet policy: There is a $50 pet fee. Pets must stay in common areas of the home, not on furniture and not left unsupervised, by an adult, on the grounds. Pets must be tagged from the agency of residence. You are responsible for filling holes left by a digging dog, cleaning up what your pet leaves behind and any damage/injury caused by the pet. LIABILITY—You will have access, through our property, to outdoor recreational equipment on moving water , the signing of a liability waiver form will be required. The form will be provided to you in the house upon arrival. A copy of same can be emailed to you if so requested. Activities in this water is done at your own risk. ie. swimming, walking, tubing, boating. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
