Guest access The apartment is in a 4-units building, has an indipendent entrance, a garage for 1 car and another open-air parking space , a small storage room in the garage for your sports equipment. Other things to note The final cleaning, a supply of toilet paper and soap, bed linen and towels, wifi device are included in the rates. You only have to pay the tourist tax at arrival (€ 2,70 per night for each guest over 17), and to leave a security deposit of 200€ cash, which will be paid back after a quick check of the house at check-out.
