Herlihy's is a short 10 minute drive from Killarney (15 minutes by bus or train). This former pub has been reimagined into a cosy living space. Yet, retains all the memorabilia and ambience of a traditional 1930s country pub. The space The accommodation is spotlessly clean furnished to a very high standard, with a beautiful garden, free car park and free Wi-Fi throughout. Guest access This is a self-contained unit, with private access. A self check-in is operated. Guests may also avail of the garden/terrace area and private secure parking. Other things to note Herlihy's is an ideal base for exploring Kerry, as it is adjacent to the Wild Atlantic Way and 1.5 km from Kerry Airport. Herlihy’s is an ideal base for day trips to Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle and Beara Peninsulas and beyond. There is a supermarket directly across the road, a Kebab House (50m), Bar and Restaurant (300m) and Coffee Shop (400m) in the village. For those not having a access to a car there is a railway station and excellent bus service also in the village. Marie continues to live in the building and is happy to engage with guests and offer advice on what to see and do in the Kerry. She has a family of four cats, who can be guaranteed to socialise with her guests should the opportunity arise.
