TRAVELING NURSES Clean, Comfortable space for traveling nurses with a SMALL FRIDGE, A MICROWAVE and a KEURIG COFFEE MAKER. ALSO A NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOM/BEDROOM... AND BEST OF ALL... 50% of your rent money goes towards our charity that provides new housing options for people with special needs! Bedroom/Newly remodeled bathroom/Sitting area with TV on the 3rd floor of our home. Privacy, but also the option to use our kitchen, fridge and laundry room. Sheets and towels will be washed for you weekly. We live on a corner with street parking available. Guests have access to shared kitchen and laundry room. You will not have a private entrance but you are able to use the front door to go straight up the stairs that lead to the 2nd floor and up to the 3rd floor (your space). We usually come and go through the back door. You are welcome to use our kitchen (main floor) and our laundry room (basement). When you are on the main floor we will usually be around. We have 5 children but only 1 is still living at home with us. We will try hard to respect your privacy and we will be helpful and available to answer any questions concerning the house, neighborhood, community, etc! ~1 mile beautiful walk to downtown Fargo which has been revitalized and has fun shops and restaurants! ~Tree-lined historic neighborhood that is great for walking and running. ~1/2 mile to a park with walking/running path along the river. ~2.3 miles to Sanford Hospital on Broadway ~1/2 mile to Sanford Hospital on South University ~5.2 miles to Sanford Main Hospital (5225 23rd Ave So) ~3.5 miles to Essentia Hospital (3000 32nd Ave) We kindly request that guests have had their COVID 19 vaccinations. This space is not suitable for guests under the age of 21. Thank you!
