This room is in a classic colonial home in the dynamic and bustling city of Peachtree Corners. Outfitted with a queen bedding set, linens, nightstands, lighting, ceiling fan, custom closet and TV. Dining room, living room, patio and kitchen to share with other guests, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to area businesses, major highways, venues and MARTA. Other rooms are available for additional guests. The space Your room is yours to enjoy and the common areas are shared between other guests and owner. You have ample storage for your clothes with dresser and full closet and there is a smart TV in your room. Parking available. During your stay I am an onsite owner and will make every attempt to respond quickly to your needs and special arrangements. Other things to note You must book for the number of guests in the room. Any unannounced additional guest will result the nominal charge as listed on the site. The upstairs area should remain quiet after 11pm. Please enjoy the downstairs living space if you are a late night person. No open flames, candles or incense in the house. Lost key will result in a $25 fee. Do not use towels for make up removal, dyeing hair or anything else that would damage/discolor towels, sheets, carpet or blankets. Replacement charges will apply. Any damage to the carpets from food, dye, make up or any other source will result in a cleaning fee.
