The space Our apartment features: • 1 Queen-size bed (sleeps 2) • 1 sofa in the living room, not a sofa bed (1 person) • Air conditioning in the main bedroom only • Each unit includes one assigned underground parking space Guest access • 100% self-check-in and self-check-out Important Information: • To receive check-in instructions and access codes, guests must complete an online registration prior to arrival at the building, and no later than 10:30 PM. • This registration requires basic personal information, a selfie, and a photo of an official ID. • This information is used for a brief security verification (may take a few minutes, therefore, we recommend completing it well in advance of arrival). • Once the verification is successful, check-in instructions and access codes are released at 2:00 PM for check-in from 3:00 PM. • Once your online registration and security verification are successfully completed, you may check in at any time after 3:00 PM. However, if you plan to arrive after 1:59 AM, please notify our staff no later than 10:30 PM so we can issue you a new access code as the original one will expire if not used at least once before 2:00 AM. • Parking access is managed through the “Kigo” app – we recommend downloading it before your arrival. Other things to note Due to internal policies, there are a few more things to consider prior to your reservation: -Parking fee: $120.00 MXN per day. - If your reservation is longer than 1 week, you must make a weekly payment for additional cleaning of $437 + TAXES each. - Pets up to 15 kg are allowed, with a fee of 210 MXN per pet per night and a refundable security deposit of 1,000 MXN per pet (maximum 1 pet; pets must not be left unattended inside the unit). - Checkout time is 11 am. Late check-out requests can be made in advance. 10:00 AM on the day of departure (subject to availability and at an additional cost) - Due to building policies, we will require you to provide us with a photo of your personal identification prior to your arrival.
