There is no elevator. - The area can be noisy at times, especially from nearby bars and restaurants. However, closing the doors and windows minimizes the sound. - We provide essentials like bottled water, soap, and toilet paper, but these are not replenished during your stay. - A security deposit may be temporarily held before arrival (not ABB), depending on the booking platform. This hold will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage occurs. - For stays of 2-29 nights, electricity is included. For stays of 30 nights or more, a fixed fee for electricity applies. - A mid-stay cleaning is mandatory for stays of 30 days or longer, at an additional cost. - The local team is available Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Sunday for emergencies only. House Rules - You must be at least 21 years old to book. - Smoking, including tobacco, cannabis, and recreational drugs, is not allowed inside. A $300 penalty applies for violations. - No parties or events. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
