The space Our home “Lipovan” is perfect for an individual, couple, or small family with young children. Accepting short stays and flexible arrivals year-round makes this home a great option for that spontaneous last-minute beach get-away, even during the summer season! “Lipovan” is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper sofa and access to the deck. You will love sitting out in the salt air watching the waves crash, sunrises and sunsets, and watching all the action that goes on at the pier. There are built-in bunk beds set in the nook off the entry that make a fantastic sleeping area for young family members. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
