This is a neat and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a safe neighbourhood., 5 minutes walk from Kent State University. Situated on the bus line to downtown Kent, Walmart, etc (with a bus stop right in front of the building). Eateries, restaurants (American, Chinese, Thai), grocery store (Acme), etc are within 0.2 miles (1-3 mins walk) from this apartment. The space Spacious. Neat. Safe. I occupy one room with my 9yr old, and the other is available for guests. The bathroom, kitchen and sitting room are shared spaces but we will hardly be in your way :). Guest access The apartment's free visitors parking is located in its extension right across the street. No visitors parking allowed on the side where my apartment is located. Cars get towed, so please park in the apartment's free parking across the street.
