Lakeview Loft is nestled into nature overlooking Lake Chebogan. This space has a cozy atmosphere with personal touches, perfect for any traveller. Inside, you will find a cozy open concept loft with a kitchenette, living space (TV and fireplace), dining area, work area, three piece bathroom and studio bedroom. Unlimited WIFI! Short Term Rental License #2024-04 The space Inside, you will find a cozy getaway equipped with warm touches and a welcoming electric fireplace. This open studio loft has scenic views, an abundance of nature and the occasional wildlife visit. Guests have their own private entrance with parking space available for 2 cars, with more available if needed. Guest access Guests do not have access to the main house, water front (hot tub, sauna, docks, etc.) and host's backyard and fire pit. There is a boat launch only 500m away. Boat docking on hosts dock is available upon request, additional fees may apply. Other things to note Bell and Telus have very limited to no service in this area. Rogers and Fido have strong service and are recommended. DVD Player, movies and board games supplied in unit. PET RULES -Pets must not be left alone unless crated -Pets must be leashed at all times while outside on property -Cleaning up outdoors after your pet is mandatory -Please ensure that your pet’s paws are clean when they enter the loft -Respect our furniture (couch, chair, bed) by using the pet bed provided -Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed from the property immediately -Any damages (or additional cleaning) to the property caused by your pet will be an additional cost to the guest.
