The pond-front deck, main bedroom, and family room, coupled with the gentle lapping sounds of the water, help you to enjoy your evening fully relaxed and ready for the next day. After your busy day, you can sit back and enjoy all the amenities this well-equipped home offers, including central air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, four TVs, two DVD players, a gas grill, and WiFi. For an additional fee, guests have access to all the amenities that Salt Pond offers, including swimming pools, tennis, and golf, and will be just a short distance to the beautiful Atlantic beaches. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
