Other things to note We want you to have a fantastic vacation with us, so here’s some important information to help you decide if a stay at Chalets Hygge is the right fit for your trip. • Chalet Rules: Please ensure that everyone in your group is comfortable with our rules (at the bottom of the listing) so all guests can enjoy their stay. • Pet Policy: We welcome pets and know how rare it is to find a warm and inviting place that does! To help cover the extra cleaning and maintenance involved, a $50 pet fee applies per stay. Please select “pet” as a guest type when booking. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. Our cleaning team (who is very reasonable!) does their best to keep the space spotless for all our guests. If excessive cleaning is required after a pet’s stay, an additional $50 cleaning fee may apply. We kindly ask all guests to carefully read the full pet rules at the bottom of the listing to help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. It’s important to us that our pet guidelines are followed so we can continue welcoming your four-legged family members for years to come. • Allergies: If you have pet allergies, we sadly ask you to choose another chalet. While our cleaning team is THE BEST, we cannot guarantee the removal of all pet dander. • Steep Stairs: Families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns should consider that the chalet has steep stairs. • Infants & Children: Families with children are warmly welcomed! Please note that the chalet is not childproofed, and we do not provide items like high chairs, cribs, or baby gates. • Entertainment: Enjoy an HDTV with Netflix (no satellite or cable), a portable Bluetooth speaker, and Bell Fibe high-speed wifi for easy streaming and video calls. • Parking: Our driveway comfortably fits 2-3 cars, matching the chalet’s capacity.
