Catch a little R&R at Riley's Retreat. Riley's Retreat is centrally located in the Black Hills on Edelweiss Mountain near beautiful Pactola Reservoir just off of Hwy 385. The central location puts you within 30 minutes of most of the major attractions in the Black Hills. Riley's Retreat is a great home for families. It sits next to the Black Hills National Forest so there is ample room for the kids to play outside. You will enjoy the quite and the wildlife that will roam by the home. Three levels so you are not crowded. Upper level has two bedrooms. One with a queen one with two twin beds. Main level has a bedroom with a king bed. Spacious living room and nice dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower on this level. The lower level has a living room for the kids to hang out and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on lower level. Door leads out to the four person hottub. Wifi and satellite tv. Xbox 360 gaming system and games. There is central air on the main level and basement. The upper level does have fans if it gets too warm. Deer, turkeys and even an elk and a pine martin have been spotted. Parking for 4 vehicles and 2 trailers. There are spiral staircases in the home. Must be 21 to book property. Guests must sign a contract with the property manager before check in information is released. You are in the Edelweiss Mountain neighborhood. There are numerous vacation rentals here but we do have full time residents so please be respectful. There is three miles of gravel to the home. No problem for vehicles but motorcycles not the best to travel on. Winter months you will need four wheel drive. Must be 21 to book property
