This condo is newly renovated and has everything you will need to relax and enjoy an amazing location in Northern Florida. Only 10 min from the historic downtown Saint Augustine with so many fun things to do (including the Fountain of Youth). Fly into JAX or MCO/Orlando! The space The condo is decorated with a very 'beachy' feel and is very cozy to relax and enjoy reading, playing games or puzzles, watching TV, or playing on devices with fast internet speeds. If you want to stay in most restaurants can deliver or you can cook in the fully stocked kitchen! The beds are brand new with high quality mattresses so you can be fully rested to enjoy the facility amenities including the beach or local attractions of the lovely Saint Augustine City! Guest access The property is gated so we will need to know how many gate passes will be needed (usually 1 per car). You can also use uber if you don't feel like using a car. The condo has a coded entry so you don't have to worry about keys either! Other things to note The beach entrance/re-entry is also coded and gated. We will provide you the updated codes for all access and amenities!
