The space Olea Villas is a luxury development of two spacious independent villas situated in a four acres piece of land in an olive grove. The villas overlook the beautiful Loutraki bay. Built in stone, they are an architectural delight featuring airy rooms and large windows. The pastel interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with comfort and luxury. We are also proud to announce that our villa has been selected by The Sunday Times as one of the top 50 sensational villas of Europe. It is located only 170 meters from the sandy, shallow-watered beach of Loutraki. Swimming can be enjoyed in the crystal clear turquoise waters within a lovely sheltered bay. The beach of Loutraki offers sun beds and parasols, a small cafe for simple lunches and a restaurant with authentic Cretan cuisine. Approximately 1.6 km north along the coast is the beautiful Marathi bay with three amazing beaches, several restaurants and a beach-cafe. Accommodation Ground floor: Large open space living area with comfortable couches, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dinning area, glass doors separate an open air dinning area in a large covered balcony with stunning sea views. On the other side the living room is connected to a large open terrace next to the private infinity swimming pool. First floor: Bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Lower Floor: Two bedrooms with king size beds (one of them can be converted to twin size beds upon request), en-suite bathroom for each bedroom and fitted wardrobe. In between the bedrooms there is a playroom with video games ( PS5) and a home cinema with a big movie collection. Outdoor area: A stunning private garden surrounds the villa and swimming pool, complete with sunbeds for enjoying the sun. Nearby, a hot tub offers the ultimate relaxation experience. This peaceful space is perfect for renewing your spirit, providing the ideal environment to unwind, anytime. Whether it's after sunset or early morning, you can explore the natural beauty of the compound’s lush garden. Guest access Guests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the villa, open plan living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 en-suite bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, private heated pool and Jacuzzi with children section, garden, and many more. Other things to note ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ Pool Heating is available upon request for an additional charge of €400.00 per week, payable in cash upon arrival. The minimum charge is €300.00. Please note that the maximum pool temperature when heated is 25–27°C, depending on the outside weather conditions. A minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required prior to your arrival if you wish to request pool heating. ✔ Hot Tub is available upon request for an additional charge of €250.00 per week, with a minimum charge of €200.00 . Please note that a minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required prior to arrival if you wish to use the hot tub.
