You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. This is a no animal rental due to extreme allergies of the owner. Thank you for understanding. Great views from the 40 foot deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the tropical Nature Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is oceanfront with an Olympic heated pool and gigantic hot tub right on the Ocean. Other amenities include three lighted tennis courts, one clay, two paddleball court, and a his and hers sauna. Our unit has a 55 inch ultra flat screen HD tv in the living room and bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet in every room. Underground free private parking space. The linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. In each bathroom there are hair dryers, extra paper goods and soap. The unit is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent. There are two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, the master suite has a king bed with new hardwood floors and a gigantic bathroom. The guest room has a new queen and twin bed. The living room has a leather pull out couch. The kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped with all appliance and blender, toaster, and coffee maker. We also have all you need to cook pots, pans, glasses, bowls, spices, and paper towels etc. The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street. We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10 AM. YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT. NOT AVAILABLE TO SPRING BREAK STUDENTS. PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN IN YOUR INQUIRY, AND GIVE THE AGES OF THE CHILDREN. This unit can accommodate 6 people. Hurricane Refund Policy: Full refund given when Mandatory Evacuation ordered by city if unable to travel to Key West. Unused days refunded if here when Evacuation Ordered. Guest access The guest will have access to all the amenities of the luxury beachfront condo complex this includes the Olympic heated pool, the 20 person hot tub, the sauna, the bbq area, the gym and the 3 lighted tennis courts. Other things to note Key West is known for its Sunset Celebration. However, our condo is located on the beach and the sunrise is spectacular make sure you get up and watch one. Our unit faces the sunset so you will not have to go downstairs but the nightly celebration in Mallory Square is well worth a visit. Please get the travel insurance. It is well worth it. Especially during Hurricane Season!!!
