Five buildings sit on over 20 acres of oceanfront property. Expansive beautiful beach, multiple pools and hot tubs. West Palm beach shopping and restaurants are only a few miles away. The space This condo is an OCEANFRONT unit that has a direct view of the ocean or inlet. Marriott assigns a specific unit and building at check in. You are guaranteed an oceanfront (not oceanside) condo. A majority of the condos at this resort are oceanside, which don't directly face the ocean or inlet. This is a studio condo with a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper which allows a maximum of 4 to occupy this unit. There is a kitchenette that has a sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge and has plates, silverware, and glassware with service for 4. There is free use of a washer and dryer in the building on the ground floor, as well as an ice machine. Gas grills are located throughout the resort. There is no cleaning fee, no resort fee, and no fee for parking. Our family have been owners at this resort for the past 20 years. It is an awesome place to vacation.
