The views of Pine Valley and the Mogollon Rim don't get any better than this! Our 3 story cabin boasts 2 decks with sweeping views from the tops of the pine trees. Sitting at the edge of Pine on 1/3 acre, it feels private and secluded with minimal traffic near the end of the circle. The 2172 sf home has 4 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. 4K 87" TV on the main level and a 4k 75" downstairs in the game room to keep the kids occupied. The AZ Trail is just a short walk from the front door. We clean with cavicide between every guest! This is the same that is used to disinfect dental rooms. The king bed primary suite is on the top floor with a dedicated bathroom and a private door to the top deck outside. There is loft just outside the double doors with a twin mattress on the floor that is great for reading a book or for a child if you are running a full house. There is also a desk on the loft that overlooks the living area on the main floor. The main floor has one bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom and an open floor kitchen and entertainment area along with a record player. The deck on this floor wraps around two sides of the house and the views are almost as mesmerizing as the upper deck. Downstairs has another entertainment center and game room. The open area has 2 twin mattresses and the couch folds out to a small queen. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin mattresses. There is a third bathroom on this floor and a small laundry room. You will have access to the entire home. We have a door to a space under the stairs and one to a small pantry on the main floor that remain locked with supplies for our cleaning crew. Quiet neighborhood. Great for long walks, be prepared for hills! Deep into the neighborhood, 5 minute drive to Pine with shopping & dinning. Great community. Respect the water shortage please. Parking is on site, with plenty of space. Gravel drive with a steep decline, go slow in and out to avoid making pot-holes. If you're nervous about snow, you can park on the street and walk to the home.
