Centrally located in Los Angeles, LAX, DTLA, sports stadiums, beaches, and Hollywood are all within 20 minutes. With all the top appliances and updates made everyone’s guaranteed to love their stay! The space The open layout is perfect so everyone can mingle together and enjoy each other’s company whether with friends or family. The living room area is massive and has a 65 inch smart TV, and a sofa that turns into a queen bed. There is also a basketball shooting game to practice your free throws and a football throwing game to work on your passing skills. There’s a game room that includes a pool table/ ping pong table skee ball and lots of arcade games.. Pac-Man, Buck hunter, Ridge racing, Golden tee golf, street fighter, and pong. The kitchen and dinning room area is spacious, you can cook any type of meals for everyone. Each bedroom has a comfortable sturdy queen bed and two night stands with night lamps. The main bathroom has a resort style shower with 5 different shower modes for personal preference, with a his and hers sink. The backyard space has a tropical vibe that includes an outdoor patio furniture to relax and a dinning area to eat meals outdoors. There are also lots of games outside for entertainment like mini put golf, mini soccer field, table hockey, axe throwing, bowling, large jenga, and a large connect four. There is also a grill in the backyard for outdoor cooking for those warm Cali BBQ days. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house and property except for the outside garage.
