It is not fancy nor does it have a nice downtown area like is neighboring Palm Springs but it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral springs. The property sits on a residential street, gated entrance adding to the private feel. Vehicle is recommended One vehicle per unit. Limited street parking. We have many dogs in the neighborhood so their is potential for barking noise at night. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, vinegaroons are part of the habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.
