The space This beautiful farmhouse is set in the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys, in a panoramic position with a superb view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo. Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment. To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m.) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats). All around the property there are conifer and oak woods which guarantee fresh and clean air but also maximum privacy. The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use. Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence. In low and middle season's periods it is possible to rent only one part (up to 8 persons) of the house. In this cases, privacy and independence are always guarantee since the rest of the house will not be available for rental (prices on request). At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.
