COME STAY in our renovation beach vacation rental. Longer term winter rentals welcome! We are one block, less than 200 steps to the beach! This is a PRIVATE apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Completely furnished kitchen with a Microwave, dishwasher and keurig. A TV every room. Well except the bathroom ;) Mid-island, close to pier, restaurants and lighthouse. Ground level, no steps Private entrance and patio. 2 FREE designated parking spots. Washer/dryer in unit. The space This beautiful beach themed space features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, approximately 900 sq. feet We are located in one of the most desirable areas in the middle of the island and only 200 steps to the beach. We are close to the Tybee pier, Tybrisa ( Tybee's downtown) and the famous Breakfast club. Once you get park your car, you will not need it again as you can walk or bike anywhere on the island. The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably and is ground level, with No stairs to climb. You have 2 FREE designated parking spots, a private entrance and a private patio with a charcoal grill . You will have a fully stocked kitchen that includes a Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker in the unit. Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen and queen sleeper sofa Guest access The apartment, yard and outside area are completely private. You will have the space to yourself. We live in the main part of the house and are available if needed. You will have a private entrance, patio covered with a pergola, with lights for the evenings,. There are 2 outside sitting areas, one with a bistro table and a small grill. We have a supply of beach towels for your use, they are in the dresser in the queen bedroom. We also have a beach wagon and a few chairs for your use. All other beach gear that you may need can be rented from Tim's bikes and beach gear. They will deliver it to the door and pick it up when you leave! The crosswalk over the dunes to the beach is one block, this is not a public beach area so is it a more quiet beach area with plenty of space to spread out. If you are looking for the crowds or things to do, the Pier and Tybrisa (Tybee's main street) are less than 1/2 a mile away! Other things to note You have 2 FREE designated parking spaces. Just FYI - all other parking on Tybee is pay to park. Please note this is our primary residence and we live upstairs so are available if needed. Once you check in to The Mini Pearl you will not need to get back in the car until you check out, unless you want to go to beautiful historic Savannah or The Crab Shack. There are numerous bike and golf cart rentals companies on the island and many of them will deliver to you. The Local grocery store, IGA, is one house away. Come and stay in our little piece of paradise on the beautiful Georgia coastal island!
